Organic Teff Flakes

Teff flakes are made from 100% wholegrain organic Teff grain. They are gently steamed, roasted and flaked making it ideal for healthy gluten free breakfast.

You can have it warm or cold with milk of your choice – no need to cook. Teff flakes has no sugar added making it a healthy breakfast choice. You can create your own muesli by adding dried or fresh fruits and nuts. When the need for a warm bowl of breakfast calls in you can also cook it like you would a porridge and top it with fresh fruit.
