Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ivory teff flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 60 ml water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- a pinch of salt
- butter/salt to grease
Instructions
- Add flours, sugar, salt into a bowl. Mix well.
- Make a well in the middle of the flour. Add eggs and part of the milk. Mix gently till smooth. Add remaining milk and water. Mix till smooth
- Add butter.
- Heat a pan under medium fire and grease with oil. Cook a thin layer of crepe on both sides.
Notes
Fill with chopped banana and red fruits. Enjoy as a Sunday breakfast or afternoon snack.
